  • One of the greatest benefits that a person feels from sound therapy is relief from stress and improved sleep. The soothing sounds help to recalibrate your brain to cope with stress better by getting into the theta frequency state of relaxation. When the body does not get the opportunity to slow down, physical pain occurs. Sound therapy is especially effective at relieving hypertension joint pain, neck/back pain, stress, and improved mood.

  • Comfortable and loose fitting clothing. Bring socks if you get cold easily. It is recommended to avoid buttons, zippers, and other elements that may cause discomfort.

  • Give yourself 30 minutes after eating if possible. Bring a light snack if you are concerned about low blood sugar. Make sure to hydrate before and after your session. We do recommend bringing water.
